The Colliers are a husband-and-wife team from Great Falls, Montana. Between the both of them, they have over 40 years in the food industry. Simply put, they believe food is the best way to bring people together. Stir in some great service, and you’ve got the recipe for success!

Doug and Lori both worked for one of the most premiere restaurants in Montana. Doug started as a cook, quickly moving up and finally landing as a Regional Manager, overseeing 6 restaurants.

Lori is known for her ability to connect with her guests while giving outstanding service.  She truly enjoys serving others.  Lori has been a server and bartender for over 26 years, building a loyal clientele.

Above and Beyond Catering has been a dream for a decade.  After many years catering events like The Wine and Food Fest, Chili Cook Off and numerous weddings Doug and Lori are excited to begin to bring their passions and skill set to your catered event.
