Brisket crostini’s - Boursin cheese, smoked BBQed brisket, pickled red onion, and cilantro on a crostini

Spicy Sweet Tenders - chicken tenders rolled in a sweet and spicy sauce

Ribs - BBQ or hoisin glazed

Coconut shrimp

Basil chicken bites - chicken with a basil cream sauce, ham and Swiss cheese, topped with tomatoes and fresh basil

Steak bites with mushrooms

Salmon - as a crostini with blackened chicken, Boursin cheese, and capers or as a fletch served with crackers or on cucumber slices with cream cheese and chives… your pick!

French Dip Sliders - served with Swiss cheese, au jus and a creamy horseradish.

These are some of our favorite appetizers but if you have a few of your own faves or have some suggestions, please feel free to shoot us your requests and we will do our best to accommodate. After all, your events are all about you and your guests and we like to go above and beyond. Feel free to mix and match and we can work with the prices.

We do ask for a minimum of 10 folks per event. We also need at least a weeks notice so that we can shop for all the things we might need.

LUNCH/DINNER OPTIONS

Prime Rib meals: $42/person

Includes prime rib with au jus and horse radish, baked potatoes with sour cream, butter and chives (on the side), Caesar salad and dinner rolls.

Chicken Dinners: $25 - $30/person

Basil chicken - chicken with a basil cream sauce, ham and Swiss cheese topped with tomatoes and fresh basil

Chicken Parmesan - chicken topped with a marinara sauce, Mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and fresh basil

Grilled or charbroiled chicken

These dinners come with baked potatoes (sour cream, butter and chives), Caeser salad and dinner rolls.

Pastas Bars: $25 - $30/person

Blackened Chicken Pasta made with an alfredo sauce, mushrooms and broccoli

Lemon Shrimp Pasta

Lasagna

These dinners come with a Caeser salad, a veggie and bread.

Taco/Nacho Buffets: $22/person

Taco bars consist of ground beef (hard corn shells) with all the toppings, also chips and nacho cheese sauce.

Brisket street tacos

Wonton tacos made with pulled pork and a pineapple salsa

How about some comfort food: $20/person

Meatloaf - served with mashed potatoes and gravy

Chicken pot pie

Shepherd’s pie

These dinners come with a Caeser salad.

This party is open to so many options but we do ask for a limit of 2 soup choices and 3 salads. Pricing would be dependent on the type of soup and salad and how many choices you want. Toppings to the salads is also a wide open discussion from nuts and berries to meats to the type of dressings.
